2. Support to the Administration Technicians in travel management (transport and accommodation) for ICP staff.
3. Monitoring and accounting of the center's general expenses under the supervision of the Administration Technicians.
4. Support in purchase management, document traceability, and expense tracking.

• Experience in administrative departments of foundations, hospitals, and/or research centers.
• Knowledge of management ERPs, especially SAP Business One.
• Good level of the Office suite.
• Foreign language: B1 level in English.

• Degree in Geology, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Assets, or Fine Arts (conservation-restoration specialization).
• Master’s in Paleontology
• More than 3 years of experience in paleontological preparation of Cretaceous fossils

1. Preparation and reproduction of fossil remains (silicone molds, photogrammetry, etc.).
2. Documentation of tasks (photographs, materials used, etc.).
3. Creation of supports for fossil storage.
4. Research on paleontological preparation methods and occasional communication of results.
5. Participation in preparation and conservation courses organized by the ICP.

• Experience in fossil preparation, especially large-format dinosaurs.
• Training and/or experience in creating physical or digital molds and replicas.
• Knowledge of Cretaceous sites in the Pyrenees.
